Some call it Online Training
Some call it Online Personal Training.
I call it online coaching, but why??
I call it Online Coaching because unlike other programs that just focus on calorie counting & scale weight, usually delivered via 30 day fat loss program promising rapid results.... or whatever other catchy name they can think of, I actually focus on your health and wellbeing!
There's so much more to being healthy than scale weight, I'd even argue that losing weight can be unhealthy depending on how it's achieved.
Your physical health and your mental health are far more important than a number on a scale, you can improve your life in so many areas without ever weighing yourself and I'm here to help you do just that.
